WHAT TO EXPECT
During a coaching session, we will assess together your current health and come up with some goals, on how to improve your wellbeing.
The assessment will look at, your diet, your sleep, your physical activity, as well as emotional and mental wellbeing and daily activities.
Our main goal will be to improve your energy level and sense of wellness by identifying where better decisions can be made and coming up with a plan.
Dependent on your personal goals, we will focus more on certain aspects of your health, as mention, fitness, nutrition, or emotional management.
Before a session, I will send you an email with a questionnaire to save time and have all the issues and goals identify beforehand, so we can get to work straight away.
